Is there a minimum order?

Yes. We ask that you assort any number of decorative papers to an accumulated price of $20.00 before shipping charges are added.

Can I purchase samples before I buy?

Yes. To insure the perfect paper for your project, we have made individual 3.5" x 6" samples available for most of our papers. Samples can be ordered on the shopping cart pages. A complete set of swatchbook samples (3.5" x 6") is available. Our Scrap Packs offer an assorted surprise in every pack! Mixed patterns and colors, cut in a variety of sizes. To order Swatchbooks and Scrap Packs, look for the ad banners on the Imported Papers page.

What payment methods does Phoenix accept?

We use PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards. Personal checks and money orders are also welcome, but using these could delay your order for up to ten business days until the check clears the bank. If you are uncomfortable using your credit card over the Internet to make purchases, please call us at (803) 376-1319, or email us through “Contact Us”. Always include your phone number so we can call you back if necessary.

How does Phoenix ship merchandise?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) using PayPal. Use your personal MasterCard or Visa for payment by contacting us at 1-803-376-1319. We ship only within the continental U.S. by UPS Ground. Small orders are shipped in tubes or boxes. Large orders are shipped flat. We want your package to arrive in perfect condition, so we take great care in packing your materials. However, once a package is turned over to UPS, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur. If your package arrives damaged, contact us by email or phone and we will help you with any claim you make to UPS.

PayPal is set up to charge your account for UPS Ground rates. We offer upgrades as a convenience to those who need shipments faster. We will need an email request from you to upgrade your shipment from UPS Ground to UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day. We will also need to bill your credit card for the difference in rates, so please include your phone number with your request to upgrade.

How will I know my order was processed successfully?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with an order number. To check on the order for any reason, you’ll need to refer to your order number.

How soon will I receive my order?

If we cannot fill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Be sure to include your email address, or phone number so we can contact you if there is a problem.

What about returns?

Because papers are fragile, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Computer images and detailed descriptions are provided and samples are available. All products are sold with the understanding that you have determined the suitability of the product for your intended use. However, if we make an error, we will, of course, make it right.

Can I get a volume discount?

That depends on several factors, but it won’t hurt to ask. Email us.
